The sun peeked out around 11:00 this morning, and this is what my backyard looked like. The east coast got slammed with a lot of snow and a lot of wind. I use to spend an enormous amount of time photographing landscapes right after big snow storms, mainly on coastal New England beaches. The image below was made with an 8×10 view camera on a tripod right off my back deck. I can’t wait to shovel out my vehicle and head for the beach.
